Despite being together for three years, Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy are still very much in love - and don’t care who knows it.

The couple put on a very public display of affection on the beach as they had kissed and hugged on holiday in Hawaii on Monday.

Thankfully though, this time Jim let the former playmate take the spotlight  as she showed off her enviable figure in a bright orange bikini.

Jim, in a shirt and cargo shorts, looked a far cry from last summer, where the comedian donned his girlfriend’s bathing suit to the obvious amusement of fellow sun-worshippers.

The couple, who have been dating since December 2005, are living together but have no plans to marry.

But to cement his feelings for the blonde, 35, The Mask star has reportedly set up a $50m trust fund for the actress despite insisting they will never marry.

The soccer star has revealed Victoria will remain at their Los Angeles home with their three sons, while he is on loan to Italian team AC Milan

He said: “Everyone knows how much I love my wife and my children - but at the same time I love soccer.

My children will remain in Los Angeles due to school and Victoria will stay with them

David - who is on loan at Milan while his US team Los Angeles Galaxy are off season - intends to see his family regularly.

He said: “My wife will come back once or twice a week to be with me and spend time in Milan, so I am very excited about that.

“Of course it’s difficult being away from my family but my children have to be settled and they go to school in Los Angeles so it’s important they carry on their normal life.”

Are Nicollette Sheridan and David Spade actually becoming a couple?

The two had dinner together on Saturday at Sushisamba in the Palazzo in Las Vegas.

“Although there wasn’t major PDA, they definitely were affectionate throughout their meal,” a source reports.

Spade sipped Diet Pepsi with his meal while the Desperate Housewives star had a Belvedere mojito. They were joined by another couple.

Sheridan and Spade were first spotted in early November getting cozy at the opening of Luau restaurant in Los Angeles. A couple of weeks later, at the same venue, the two were seen cuddling and locking lips while Sheridan celebrated her 45th birthday with Desperate co-stars Felicity Huffman, Neal McDonough and Kyle MacLachlan.

Rihanna has fuelled speculation she’s to wed boyfriend Chris Brown.

The singer was snapped with a huge diamond on her ring finger at a gig at London’s O2.

Chris, 19, who joined Rihanna, 20, on stage, is said to have proposed over the New Year.

‘She was wearing the biggest diamond you can imagine,’ a source tells The Sun.

The couple have never confirmed their romantically involved.

Joining a long list of celebrities opting to spend their New Year’s in Mexico, Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Refaeli were spotted soaking up the sun in Cabo San Lucas over the past few days.

The “Revolutionary Road” stud and his supermodel gal joined a few friends on the beach on New Year’s Day - with Bar showing off her bikini body while Leo played some beach volleyball.

Actress Lindsay Lohan and her lesbian DJ partner Samantha Ronson have been house hunting in the glitzy United Arab Emirates paradise of Dubai in a bid to beat the cameras.

The pair reportedly fell in love with glamorous Palm Island resort after Ronson performed at the nearby luxurious Atlantis Hotel last year, according to British tabloid the Daily Mirror.

And the Mean Girls star is eager to capitalise on a lack of paparazzi in the Middle-Eastern state by snapping up a lavish $2.18 million (GBP1.5 million) pad.

A source tells the publication, “Lindsay and Sam loved the tacky glitziness of Dubai. There is so much money and opulence out there it really impressed Lindsay - she can be quite materialistic like that. Despite her fair skin, Lindsay loves the beach and sunshine.

“And with the property market over there probably the only place where there still seems to be a boom, she thinks it will be a wise investment.

The socialite fuelled speculation of a romance after recently enjoying an “intimate” evening with the ‘Burn After Reading’ star at the Whiskey Bar at the Sunset Marquis hotel in Hollywood, according to Life and Style Weekly magazine.

A source said: “Paris and George sat and talked together for ages. They didn’t seem to be aware of anyone else in the room.”

The 29-year-old singer rang in the start of 2009 at Las Vegas’ Wasted Space club, which is part of the Hard Rock Hotel and is owned by the motocross racer.

As the clock struck midnight on December 31, the pair - who announced their separation last February after just two years of marriage - made a public toast.

A source said: “He escorted her to the stage and toasted her at midnight. Then he wished everyone a happy new year. It was very informal.

Another source added: “They didn’t really talk much, but at midnight Carey grabbed her and took her up to the stage and introduced her. He sort of led her to the stage.”

Pink then performed a 30-minute show before returning to the VIP area to hang out with friends. She left the club alone at around 2am.

Despite spending the evening together, it is unlikely the former couple will reunite any time soon - they spoke only briefly and didn’t share the traditional midnight kiss.

The state of their marriage has been the subject of speculation ever since it was reported that F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone’s wife of 24 years, Slavica, was planning to start divorce proceedings.

But, on what observers might have imagined was a second honeymoon, the couple, worth £2.4 billion, put paid to rumours of a separation with an affectionate evening featuring dinner and dancing together in Belgrade.

At the city’s Radmilovac restaurant, Slavica, a former model from Croatia, jumped up to join in a performance by a local group of musicians. The 50-year-old then asked the band to play her two favourite Balkan songs – I Loved The Green Eyes and You’ve Always Stayed The Same - and serenaded her 78-year-old husband.

The happy scenes seemed a world away from the situation last November when the 6ft 2in beauty, who has two daughters with the racing supremo, moved out of the £10-million marital home in Chelsea, London. At the time, Bernie said building work on a neighbouring property had driven her away.

Sexy singer Nicole Scherzinger is taking her Formula One boyfriend Lewis Hamilton home for the New Year.The lovebirds are planning on seeing in 2009 in Hawaii where 30-year-old Nicole was born and they will also be celebrating Lewis’ birthday at the same time.

Apparently Nicole is “thinking of hiring a private luxury yacht to celebrate his birthday with his friends and family.”

She hopes it will be the perfect way for them to unwind before her upcoming tour and his new racing season.
