The St. Louis rapper insists his influence on music goes far beyond how “gangsta” his verses are.
He told The Sun: “It’s mighty funny how me, the ’softest guy’ in the game, has possibly had the most influence on the music business over the last nine years.”
Nelly also revealed that his new album will be as hard-hitting and immediate as legendary rock band Guns N’ Roses.
He added: “I named it Brass Knuckles because that’s how hard it can hit you, in a Guns N’ Roses kinda way.”
