The soccer star has revealed Victoria will remain at their Los Angeles home with their three sons, while he is on loan to Italian team AC Milan

He said: “Everyone knows how much I love my wife and my children - but at the same time I love soccer.

My children will remain in Los Angeles due to school and Victoria will stay with them

David - who is on loan at Milan while his US team Los Angeles Galaxy are off season - intends to see his family regularly.

He said: “My wife will come back once or twice a week to be with me and spend time in Milan, so I am very excited about that.

“Of course it’s difficult being away from my family but my children have to be settled and they go to school in Los Angeles so it’s important they carry on their normal life.”

The ‘Valkyrie’ actor - who already has a two-year-old daughter Suri with wife Katie Holmes and two adopted children, Isabella, 16, and Connor, 13, with ex-wife Nicole Kidman - plans to have an enormous family.

He said: “I want 10 children. I love kids. But I feel really fortunate to have the teenagers and a two-and-a-half-year-old. It’s a great dynamic.”

The 46-year-old star - who insists he always makes time for his children, despite his hectic acting career - is convinced his love of parenting is due to his own father not being around a lot when he was young.

He added in an interview with Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “My own father wasn’t there much for me and I want to be a different dad to my kids. My family is the most important thing in my life.

“I’m a great parent. I want to be with my kids, and they get to do all the stuff that I wanted to do when I was growing up.”

The actor also joked about the 16-year age gap between him and 30-year-old Katie, saying: “If I’m worried about anything, it’s if she can keep up with me!”

John Mayer separated from Jennifer Aniston long enough to spend some quality time with the other love in his life, his guitar. He performed at a Children’s Hospital in NY as part of a live broadcast and auction for a local radio station yesterday.

John also talked to the kids and signed autographs.

Jennifer Aniston opens up about her boyfriend, musician , to UK’s The Mirror. Interview highlights:

On the way John thinks: “He’s a rare one. He is extraordinary and it is wonderful to watch him… the way his brain works and the way he thinks thoughts… it’s beautiful.”

On having a thing for the musically inclined: “It’s an amazing thing to watch a musician think. I don’t know many musicians but when his guitar is on him it’s just like a channel. It’s something I’ve never ever seen before.”

On not understanding the continued public interest in her break-up with Brad Pitt: “I’m baffled by it and it makes no sense to me…. Everybody goes through tough times… You’ve just got to figure out how to get through them… It’s my history and my memory. I used to really take things personally. It took me some time to figure this out but if you can be truthful and honest with who you are, then you have a much easier time walking through life.”

On her finances: “I don’t wake up in the morning, stretch my arms and say, ‘Oh, I’m wealthy.’ I just know I’m extremely fortunate and I have the good fortune to take care of my family, to give to causes that matter to me and to contribute in ways not everybody can. I’ve never been someone to have money as my goal. I just wanted to work.”

On having her own kids some day: “I feel it’s in my future and I’m on the verge of it in some way, so it was great to dip the toe in [for Marley & Me]. I want to have children. That’s my plan.”

Eric Dane’s “Grey’s Anatomy” character may go by the nickname “McSteamy” at Seattle Grace hospital, but could we soon be calling the actor a “McDaddy” in real life?

“We’re currently working on having kids,” Eric revealed to Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell. “I want to have kids. I’m ready.”

Eric, who is married to actress Rebecca Gayheart, said the couple is looking to expand their family.

“Are you in the process of trying?” Nancy asked Eric during an interview to promote his new movie, “Marley & Me,” which also stars Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson

“I mean, you know, are you ever ready?” the actor said. “I have no experience with having kids, but I’m ready to feel out those experiences.”

So while Eric, 36, and Rebecca, 37, (who tied the knot in 2004) are in the process of trying to get pregnant, Nancy offered up some suggestions for a name.

“What a gorgeous little child you’ll make… Your wife is gorgeous, so you can’t lose there, right?” Nancy noted. “I think ‘Little McSteamy’ would be perfect.”

“Unless it’s a girl,” Eric laughed.

“Well, she could be gorgeous too, with your eyes,” Nancy said.

“I don’t want her to be steamy if she’s a girl,” Eric smiled.

Kevin Federline has been called many things in the nearly five years since Britney Spears walked into his life: boy toy, gold-digger, wannabe rapper, partier. These days he answers to one name: Daddy.

Since splitting with Spears in 2006 – and then watching in fear as she went through her very public breakdown – the former backup dancer, 30, has channeled all of his energy into their sons Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2. (Federline also has two kids, Kori, 6, and Kaleb, 4, with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, 32.)

Now that Spears, 27, is getting her life back on track, they`re sharing parenting duties again – and Federline is ready to tell his side of the story exclusively to PEOPLE.

Do you remember when you first met Britney?
I met her at a club in Hollywood, Joseph`s. Our eyes met and that was it. We just hit it off right away. I learned real fast how much of a whirlwind the press and everything was.

What are your happiest memories of the marriage?
Well, getting married. I never thought that I would get married but it wound up happening. That was a really, really, happy, exciting moment. I pretty much realized that I was giving my life to her, and I was doing it without question.

What went wrong?
It`s hard enough to be in a marriage, and then have a kid, then kids, it changes everything. For me, I`d become more concerned with my children. Not that I ignored Britney, but my kids are always most important … I mean, we were having complications. I didn`t give her an ultimatum, but I was trying to work stuff out with her, and she didn`t even talk to me or anything and went behind my back and filed [for divorce]. [I was] completely blindsided.

A lot of people assumed you fought for custody of the kids because of money.
My first question to [my lawyer] was, “Am I ever going to be able to see my children?” I told him that I would spend every last dime that I had to make sure that my children are okay. That`s all that mattered. I didn`t know how much power Britney had. That really scared me.

How did you react in January when Britney locked herself in the bathroom with Jayden and was later taken to the hospital on a gurney?
That whole night is a blur. You want to talk about one of my lowest points of depression, that was probably one of them. I was very, very worried for her `cause I care about her. That`s the mother of my children. Just because I`m not in love with her doesn`t mean that I don`t love her. I`m definitely rooting for her. There`s nothing more that I want than for her to be in the best health and doing what she loves to do.

Are things getting better?
Oh, man, it`s totally turning around. It works out that [the kids] get to see her. There`s structure over there, there`s structure at my house. We`re trying to keep the same type of schedule. It doesn`t have to be completely perfect, but the foundation is there.

Justin Timberlake is in no rush to start a family with girlfriend Jessica Biel.

The singer, who has been dating the actress for 18 months, hasn’t decided if he wants to be a dad.

‘I’m not sure,’ he admits.

But he and Jess, 26, are looking forward to settling down in New York.

The pair are rumoured to be buying a £3.4million apartment in the exclusive Pearline Soap Factory building.

‘It`s the greatest city in the world!’ Justin, 27, tells Us Weekly.

‘It`s good for everything. It`s good for food, there`s some good fashion, there`s mostly good weather except for today and it`s the realest city in America.’
