has written a set of strict dating rules to ensure she attracts a better boyfriend than her ex Joe Jonas.
The star - who turns 19 on Saturday (13Dec08) - was recently ditched by Jonas for an actress cast in his band’s music video.
She insists she is now over the split, but has devised rules to ensure she snares a better quality boyfriend next time.

The `So What` singer - who split from her husband Carey Hart earlier this year - has had flings with women in the past, but would never completely give up men.
She said: “I`m not gay so I guess I would not try a relationship with a woman. I didn`t say I haven`t experimented but I love men too much to make it a permanent thing.”
Pink, 29, recently confessed she hates going on dates because she finds them too pressurised.
She said: “I meet boys all over the place. It`s just that I don`t ever go on dates. I have never been on a date. I don`t believe in that, it has to be organic. A barbecue, a show or whatever. I have never met anybody in a bar.”
However, Pink also revealed she has a number of friends who are attempting to persuade her to start dating.
She added: “Lately I have been hearing from a lot of people, like married couples, who have met in a bar. I`m always amazed. So maybe that is where I am going wrong.”
After a four-year hiatus, the band is planning to hit the road next year.
“I don`t think we should wait. Pack up the babies and get a bunch of nannies. So fun! Would be so inspiring to get out there and play all those songs again,” singer Gwen Stefani wrote in a band chat on No Doubt`s Web site Friday night.

Although the band has not announced any cities or dates, sources says the tour will likely kick off in summer 2009.
No Doubt – whose members have been together for more than 20 years – is also preparing to start work on its first studio album since 2001`s Rock Steady.
During their hiatus, Stefani, 39, released two solo albums and became a mother to sons Kingston and Zuma.
Guitarist Tom Dumont, 40, also focused on a side project, Invincible Overlord, got married and welcomed sons Ace and Rio.
